McLendon Hills has three distinct types of properties for one to choose from-Lakefront, Vista, and Mini Farm.  Lake Front tracts range in size from 1-2 acres and boast a vast amount of water frontage.  Our Vista tracts range in size from 1-2 acres as well and offer excellent building sites.  The third type of property that we offer are our Mini Farm tracts.  These parcels range in size from 2-5 acres and are adjacent to the 6.5 miles of bridle trails.  If you would like to keep your horses on your property these parcels allow for you to do just that.  However, these larger tracts are also appealing for those who want a little more elbow room.
