The primary focus of the Regulatory Committee is the McLendon Hills Restrictive Covenants in its entirety. Working within these covenants, the broad mission of the Regulatory Committee is to preserve the vision of McLendon Hills while interpreting and defining covenant issues, developing policies and operating procedures, creating committees as needed and managing all areas covered by the covenants.
