Finance Committee Meeting
December 11, 2007
Minutes:
Attending the Meeting:
Nick Picerno, Maren Anderson, Clark Marshall, Karen Marshall
- Karen
and Clark Marshall were welcomed as new members of the finance committee
team.
- Nick
gave overview of the duties of the finance committee to Karen and Clark.
- The
committee reviewed the current budget (2008) and Maren agreed to run the
books for 2008 to compare. Maren
will produce monthly financial statements in 2008.
- The
committee reviewed the projected 2009 budget and discussed various items
that could affect this budget. Nick
will send to each committee meeting a rough draft of the impact of the
amenities on the 2009 budget for review.
- The
next meeting was set for January 8, 2009 and a meeting planned with Tom Carr
for January 14, 2009.
- Meeting
was adjourned.
