Finance Committee Meeting

January 8, 2008

 

 

Minutes:

 

Attending the Meeting:  Nick Picerno, Maren Anderson, Clark Marshall, Karen Marshall

 

  1. The committee reviewed the new projected 2009 budget with items added for amenities.
  2. Maren supplied some current data.  47 Homes and 72 Lot Owners as of 1-1-2008.  These numbers excluded Tom’s Home as well as the 1 spec home as these are non-paying homes for fee projections
  3. Maren gave an update on the collections for 2008, noting that 20-25% had already paid their dues.
  4. Several questions were formulated to ask Tom on the Jan 14th meeting for clarification for our 2009 budget.  These include, clubhouse size, back gate, bridle trail responsibility.
  5. Committee as a whole refined the 2009 budget and discussed new line items, especially the reserve line.
  6. Meeting was adjourned.
