No, while McLendon Hills has its own McLendon Hills Construction Company,
residents are free to choose any builder to construct their dream home. All home plans must be approved by the Architectural

There are a total of approximately 254 (plus or minus) tracts, but residents are able to purchase
side-by-side lots upon which to construct their home, if they desire additional land. So the answer to this question would depend on how many
